Deborah Penta is the CEO of PENTA Communications, Inc., and has spent nearly 30 years helping companies grow in numerous industries. She is a national expert on marketing and entrepreneurship, has served on nearly 20 nonprofit boards, has taught entrepreneurship at the collegiate level, spoken at national conferences, written for industry trade magazines, and has been a featured guest on radio and television. In 1986, she won an award for broadcast scriptwriting, is the recipient of the 2005 Eli Whitney Award, 2009 WBJ Women in Business Award, the esteemed 2013 Katherine Erskine Award and numerous others. She served on the transition team for Governor Baker, and is a proponent for business, economic development, global initiatives, and female leadership.
